Realise a Matcha tea

Chauffer l'eau à 80°C.
Heat the water to 176°F.
Calentar el agua a 80°C.

Verser 15cl d'eau chaude.
Pour 5oz of water.
Servir 15cl de agua caliente.

Verser une dose de thé matcha.
Pour a measure of matcha tea.
Servir una dosis de té matcha.

Fouetter pour bien incorporer le matcha.
Beat to mix up well.
Mezclar para incorporar el té.

Arrêter dès qu'une mousse se forme.
Stop beating when foam appears.
Para de mezclar cuando se forme la espuma.

Sellar al vacio.
